Hair Talk: the Last Stretch. What Has Worked for My Hair this Year

Four years ago when I was about to move to Belgium, I predicted my hairdresser would be one of the people I miss the most. Just to make things clear, I think this goes past the typical tricky Asian hair problem. It is more about the fact that he has never disappointed me during the 6 years and a half years I’ve known him. I am a minimalist when it comes to hair. I want a good cut that I can easily blow dry to make it look presentable. I use next to no styling products (I do need a curling mousse now after the perm), and after I successfully reduced the frequency of shampooing in the beginning of the year, it seems like I’m on the right track.

Even though at this moment there’s nothing else I want to do besides going straight to my hairdresser’s from the airport next Wednesday (it’s not a joke. The appointment has been booked!), I am here to share some products that have helped me through the year!

Happy Monday! I hope you had a relaxing weekend! Mine certainly was, and now I’m ready to kick start the week!

If you have paid a little attention to new skincare products, you might have spotted the dry oil trend.
